General information

  • Rooms are available from 14.00 on arrival day. Please inform us if your arrival will be after 18.00
  • You will receive a written confirmation of your booking only after your deposit has been paid. In the case of late arrivals and early departures a total of €5 off the price of the room will be deducted from your bill.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank cards, except for special offers

 

Terms and Conditions of Cancellation

  • These follow the Austrian hotel laws.

  • There are no cancellation charges if the cancellation is made 3 months or more before the arrival date.

  • A cancellation up to 1 month before the arrival date incurs a charge of 40% of the total cost.

  • A cancellation up to 1 week before the arrival date incurs a charge of 70% of the total cost.

  • A cancellation less than a week before the arrival date or a no-show incurs a charge of 90% of the total cost.
